If you want a complete list of ingredients, you’ll have to contact the manufacturer directly, or buy a bottle. Unfortunately, there isn’t a complete ingredients list available on their website. But the main ingredient is lidocaine. Lidocaine is an anesthetic that, when applied topically, completely numbs the affected area from 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Promescent was formerly fabricated by a urologist for the sole aim of healing premature ejaculation. Presently, over 1,300 urologists are willingly prescribing this spray to the persons suffering from premature ejaculation. My Results With Promescent

Warped from exhaustion and with no end in sight, I decided to call it quits. I just could NOT orgasm, at all. Mind you, I only used 3 sprays, which is the BARE minimum. I can’t even imagine if I used 10 sprays…
