Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets twice daily. While some may feel improvement in as little as 2 weeks, use for at least 4 weeks to begin experiencing enhanced sexual enjoyment. Continue to take 6 tablets daily to maintain maximum results.
Warnings
For adults only. For pregnant and nursing women and those with any medical conditions, please consult a doctor before use. Do not use with blood thinning medications. Discontinue use 4 weeks prior to surgery. Keep out of reach of children. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is the leading cause of fatal poisoning of children under 6. In case of acciendtal overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Keep bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Do not use if tamper-evident seal on bottle is missing or broken.

I wanted to love this product but after a week on it I felt like I was having chest pain. Stopped taking it and a few days later my symptoms were gone. This is not for everyone.

This product was not for me. I experienced very uncomfortable breast tenderness after taking it about a week and a half. Stopped taking it immediately and it took two weeks for the discomfort to go away. I was so hoping this product would help me.
