Essin Em  is a sassy, fun loving, crowd pleasing, witty and amusing sex educator based in Phoenix, Arizona. From academic and corporate lectures/trainings to fun-filled classes on kink, cunnilingus and non-monogamy, she covers the spectrum of sexuality in her work. In 2008,  she completed her Master’s in Human Sexuality Education at Widener University in Pennsylvania. She also has her B.A. in Sociology from the Colorado College.

Patrick Califia is a queer social critic of long standing. Prior to transitioning, his erotic lesbian S/M fiction was at ground zero in the feminist sex wars. He published one of the first lesbian sex manuals, Sapphistry, and Macho Sluts, one of the first collections of lesbian porn. out in a new, anniversary edition from Arsenal Pulp Press. His collected essays are in two volumes (so far), Public Sex and Speaking Sex to Power. He also wrote Sex Changes: The Politics of Transgenderism. The rights (or not) of disabled people are close to his heart. He lives with a chronic, painful auto-immune disease. It can be discouraging to try to get people who are outsiders because of their sex or gender variance to think about what they have in common with people who are invalidated because of their health status, mobility limitations, or other form of crip-ness. So he is cooking up something especially exciting for this evening!

Rita Seagrave is a writer, artist, and adult industrialist. She has worked as an x-rated film actress, stripper, sex advisor, adult toy salesgirl, and deaf dominatrix. Born in New Jersey, raised in San Francisco, and educated in Massachusetts, she found her true home in Columbus, Ohio. Rita travels around the country speaking to audiences large and small about lapdancing, gangbangs, and kinky sex. It’s educational, but also entertaining. Need sex advice? Rita writes a monthly column in Girls Gone Wild Magazine, answering real questions from real people about sex and dating.
